Getting the most from your tuning fork session

Discover how our tuning fork sessions can enhance your wellbeing and what to expect during your experience.

To prepare for a tuning fork session, it is important to drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol. It is also important to wear comfortable clothing.

Before the first session, I ask clients to complete an initial questionnaire so that we can make the most of our session together and to ascertain which sounds may be beneficial to their wellbeing.

Although we will mostly work with tuning forks, other instruments including singing bowls, handpan, kalimba, sansula, sistrum, drums, toning, gongs or physical exercises may be included in consultation with the client.

 

Once we are settled in, you are comfortable and we have discussed your needs in the first 10-15 minutes, I will work with a range of tuning forks based on your needs over the next 30 minutes. After using a pendulum to see whether the energy centres of the body are balanced (dowsing), I work with tuning fork frequencies that cleanse, clear and balance energy with the intention of facilitating the desired outcome or transformation. The tuning forks are either gently applied to the body or sounded close to the body while you are lying down. At the end of the session, you can gently relax back into your day.

I am happy to conduct sessions in German or English.

A one-to-one session is a private session held in my practice at Schwabacherstr. 121, 90763 Fürth.

A distance session is a session that is conducted remotely. During the session, I will use tuning forks to send harmonising vibrations to you. Distance sessions are conducted via Zoom, or another platform if feasible.

After the introduction, you may lie down or relax in a stable chair to receive the energy of the tuning forks. I will be working in my practice with everything set up as if you were there in person. All my methods are just as effective over distance as they are in person and can reach people anywhere in the world. I may contact you by telephone to close the session if preferred.

After a tuning fork session, you may feel relaxed and refreshed. It is important to drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity.

Please take time to return gently to your day and ensure that you are fully present and aware before driving, returning to work or operating machinery

Practice self-care if you need to including mediation, journaling, relaxation (taking a bath, going for a walk) or anything else that helps you to feel good.

Standard sessions (distance and one-to-one) last 60 minutes for an investment of 77 euros. 

It can take a number of sessions, for the body to reach a natural state of balance.
 
Intensive 90-minute sessions for an investment of 150 euros include a detailed intuitive reading. 
 
Both standard and intensive sessions may be performed entirely online or in my practice in Fürth.
 
Payment is required after the session via electronic bank transfer on receipt of an invoice payable within 7 days.
