Professional development is a cornerstone for sound practitioners, particularly as sound science continues to evolve. At tuningfork.me, we understand that the art and science of sound are constantly changing, influenced by new technologies, methodologies, and theoretical advancements. Staying updated requires a commitment to continuous learning, which not only enhances individual skill sets but also ensures that practitioners deliver the highest quality of work to their clients. This dedication to professional development is essential for building and maintaining credibility in a field where expertise is highly valued.

Lifelong learning is not just an ethos at tuningfork.me; it is woven into the very fabric of our community. I believe that ongoing education allows sound practitioners to adapt to emerging trends and challenges, fostering an environment of innovation and creativity. Workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects are crucial platforms where knowledge can be shared and new ideas can flourish. My commitment to these developmental opportunities empowers me to refine my craft continuously for the benefit of my clients.

My commitment to training in 2025

In May 2025, I will be attending a training seminar in intuitive music at the Klangwelt Institute in Lubekke Germany. I am very excited about this week-long intensive seminar and look forward to meeting other practitioners there.

In August 2025, I will be continuing my ongoing training as a sound ambassador at Suara Sound Academy under the mentorship of Debbi Walker on a week-long advanced course for tuning fork practitioners. I can’t wait to be back in Cornwall and to bring back plenty of new frequencies, methods and insights for my clients.

Opportunity for free in-person tuning fork sessions as part of a case study

During my training as a sound ambassador at Suara Sound Academy, I am required to complete a number of client case studies. If you would like to volunteer as a case study client for in-person sessions during March to July 2025, I still have a few places left. I will not charge for these sessions but I do expect participants to be committed and to complete a case study form including their feedback. Please contact me if you would like to experience a tuning fork session in person at my practice in Fürth as part of a case study for my assessment.
